Rachel Gorham
PARENT COACH AND SUPPORT GROUPS LEAD
Rachel is the founder and director of In One Generation, Inc. She brings over 25 years of experience in working with children and families across a broad range of ages, developmental abilities, languages, and cultural backgrounds. She holds an M.Ed. in Child Development and is currently completing her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, specializing in children and neurodiversity. Rachel founded One Generation Camp to combine her love of cultures, music, dance, and nature with meaningful experiences for children. Her work has since expanded to include parent coaching and support groups, reflecting her passion for building community and creating supportive family environments.

Pono Peanut Butter
EMOTIONAL SUPPORT
Pono has been with In One Generation for the past 4 years. He hangs out at One Generation Camp during the summers, keeping everyone endlessly entertained and eliciting many "aww"s from campers and parents alike at his cuteness. His favorite hobbies include belly rubs, chasing after his stuffy, and poking his nose into gopher holes. Pono has experience in supporting a wide range of ages, developmental abilities, and sensory needs.

Antwan Davis
EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER, BODY PERCUSSION TEACHER
Antwan Davis is a professional performer, educator, and the founder of Body Percussion Academy. With over 20 years of experience in body music and arts education, Antwan has toured nationally and internationally, using rhythm and movement to foster connection, confidence, and creativity. He is a co-founder of the performance company Molodi, has toured and performed with STOMP and Step Afrika!, and currently teaches workshops and in schools in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a teaching artist and nonprofit leader, he is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where all children—especially those who are often overlooked—can thrive socially, emotionally, and artistically.

Lauren Drinker Putnam
EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER, STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS
A strategic communications and technology professional, Lauren uses storytelling and data to advance positive social and environmental causes. With over 15 years of experience in nonprofit and mission-driven organizations, she brings deep expertise in content development, digital strategy, event management, and user experience. At The Garden Club of America, she led impactful communications and technology initiatives that bridged creativity and functionality. Her earlier roles with the American Philosophical Society, Steege/Thomson Communications, and others highlight her ability to drive engagement and shape compelling narratives.

Anna Harris
EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER, SECRETARY
Anna Harris holds a B.A. in Child Development from Mills College and brings over a decade of experience working with children of all developmental and physical abilities in schools, homes, and community settings. She is a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), with specialized training in Trauma-Informed Yoga. In addition, she holds a Certificate in Wholebeing Positive Psychology, enriching her holistic and strengths-based approach to supporting youth. Anna is deeply committed to creating inclusive, nurturing spaces that empower children to thrive emotionally, physically, and socially.
