Neurodivergent Youth Support Groups

Our support groups are designed to be an amazing resource for neurodivergent youth, that fosters a vibrant sense of community! We provide a outdoor environment where they can share experiences and community support are the primary focus. Our programs are for youth who have been diagnosed with ADHD and ASD 1.

These support groups are not about traditional therapy sense of treating their diagnosis. They are all about creating a safe haven where the youth can truly be themselves. Our programs are designed to be a place where children can be understood, and to develop a sense of community with others who get them. It’s an opportunity to build self-identity, self-esteem, and a genuine sense of belonging, all while enjoying the freedom of being in a space that suits their unique needs!

In One Generation support groups offer:

  • Sense of Community- Connecting with others who understand their challenges

  • Shared Experiences- Hearing from others who can validate their struggles and experiences

  • Supportive Strategies- Communicating with others can often offer a space to share techniques

  • Reduced Shame- Openly discussing their diagnosis can help promote self-acceptance

  • Access to Resources- Sharing resources that are relevant to their age and identity
